Conferences and Events Organized by Hoabinhtourist and Convention in Early December

In December companies and organizations usually hold conferences to summarize their activities throughout the year. Hoabinhtourist & Convention has been honored to organize conferences and provide audio and lighting systems as well as interpretation equipments for international and domestic events. Following are some of the events organized/supported by Hoabinhtourist & Convention.

Workshop "Intellectual and Collective Property on Plants and Agricultural Products"

On December 3rd 2014, Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences (VAAS) has co-organized the workshop "Intellectual and Collective Property on Plants and Agricultural Products – The Issue of Access and Collective Management of Commons".

VAAS has proud scientific reputation in plant cultivation and farming animals. For over 60 years, generations of scientists and staffs have made valuable scientific studies, greatly contributing to elevate Vietnam agriculture to the new level. Vietnam has been the world’s largest or second largest exporter of some agriculture products developed by VAAS. The workshop has been hold at VAAS’s head quarter in Vinh Quynh Commune, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi. Hoabinhtourist & Convention has been honored to be chosen as the translation and audio system supplier for VAAS’s workshops in the past few years.

Workshop "Access to Justice for Survivors of Gender-based Violence"  

The workshop "Access to Justice for Survivors of Gender-based Violence: Gaps in Policies and Implementation" has been hosted by Center for Studies and Applied Sciences in Gender - Family - Women and Adolescents (CSAGA), The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women), CARE International in Vietnam and OXFAM in Hanoi from December 3rd to 4th, 2014. Hoabinhtourist & Convention has provided logistics services such as meeting room, translation system, audio system for the 150 participant workshop. 

Workshop on Strengthening Managerial and Professional Capacity on Early Prevention and Intervention for Children with Disabilities

Hoabinhtourist & Convention has been the logistics organizer for the workshop Strengthening Managerial and Professional Capacity on Early Prevention and Intervention for Children with Disabilities, held by Agency of Medical Services Administration - Vietnam Ministry of Health from December 3rd to 7th, 2014.

The workshop aims at training medical officers on discovering and treating disabilities for newly-born or young children preventing the development into serious disabilities when they grow up. According to a study on auditory perception performed by Hanoi Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology, there are 4% hearing-impaired children among 12,000 newly-born ones every year. In some cases, they may be deaf forever. In Pediatrics experts’ opinion, early prevention and intervention can create opportunity of normal hearing development for the children.

The meeting room services, the tea break, the conference equipments and the food services for the workshop have been managed by Hoabinhtourist & Convention.

Competition "Smart and Clever, Accompanied by Duc Viet Foods"

The semi-final round of the competition “Smart and Clever, Accompanied by Duc Viet Foods” in Northern Region has been organized in Temple of Literature by Children Pioneer Newspaper and Duc Viet Foods on December 4th, 2014. This is the 5th annual nation-wide competition in response to Ministry of Education and Training and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s call Friendly Schools, Proactive Students. This year’s competition has attracted the participation of 349 primary schools over the country. The final round of the competition will be organized in Hanoi this December.
